Karen Gallagher

Ms. Gallagher is a broker with for over 30 years experience in commercial real estate, working for both commercial brokerage firms and private developers. Prior to joining Commercial Florida Realty, Inc. she was with Summit Commercial Properties, Cushman & Wakefield and Director of Leasing at Pylon Investments Realty Corporation in Boca Raton, FL.

Areas of specialization include tenant and landlord representation, sales and leasing for office, warehouse-offices, retail, special purpose properties, behavior health care and day care facilities. Experienced with representation for major corporations, private and independent operators, non-profits, franchisors / franchisees and numerous local businesses.

A graduate of Florida State University, Certified in Logistics LINKS Supply Chain Management, a graduate of MITT – Masters in Transformation Training-Legacy Program and a licensed real estate broker.

Volunteer Services include: Team Lead and Teacher for The Rebuilding Relationships programs, CERT Advanced Programs – Community Emergency Response Team, Art of Living Facilitator and assists with the Rules & Compliance Committees – Home Owners Association.
