Jeff’s practice is focused on providing tenant and buyer representation services for select industrial users, including distribution centers and e-commerce fulfillment centers, as well as third party logistics service providers.
He is an expert in industrial leasing and sales and has been awarded the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) industrial specialist designation by fulfilling rigorous educational requirements and meeting exceptional sales and leasing production requirements. In addition, he has earned the Certified Commercial and Investment Member (CCIM) certification, recognizing his accomplishments in investment real estate brokerage and fulfilling the related advanced educational requirements.
Jeff was named Top Industrial Producer in Jacksonville for the years 2004, 2002 and 1998 in receiving the Commercial Alliance of Realtors Golden Triangle Award. Jeff was also the recipient of the Business Journal’s award for the Largest Industrial Lease for 2004, 2000 and 1999. Jeff has achieved Top Producer recognition at Commercial Florida Realty for 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, as well as a number of prior years.
Jeff’s professional affiliations include the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and CCIM Institute (CCIM) in which he has earned the SIOR – Industrial Specialist Designation and the CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation.
Jeff is also a member of the Rotary Club of West Jacksonville and is a member of Rotary International’s Paul Harris Society, Major Donor and Bequest Society.
